  1. Functional ‘how do I?’ assistance 
  2. Technical support
  3. Change advisory support

We support the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, and work with designated client 1st line resources. We have a dedicated support team of Microsoft certified professionals who are backed by one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices in the UK. We also invest in a Microsoft Advantage Plus plan to ensure we offer the highest level of Microsoft support and escalation to our clients, should it be required.
