Results show 100% of Gap Consulting customers would recommend us 

Following a recent customer satisfaction survey, staff at Gap Consulting were thrilled with the results.

“We know it’s vital to have a good relationship with our customers. It’s critical to our business, as our best projects are those backed by a strong recommendation,” says Andy Dudley, Managing Director at Gap. “We were delighted at how highly they rate us.”

The results show that 100% of customers surveyed would recommend Gap Consulting to their peers, and 100% were satisfied with the service they received. The surveyed group included customers with completed and in progress projects. Across a range of 6 key areas, Gap Consulting consistently exceeded UK benchmarks. 

“We will continue to strive to keep our customers happy. This key group have also shared their ideas and thoughts through the survey comments.  Andy Dudley and I will be working through the feedback to further understand how we can increase the value we bring to our customers.
