One of the most interesting parts of my job is talking to customers about their business challenges, and how they need line of business applications to solve specific problems. In some cases they may have already invested in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in its more traditional or perhaps familiar capacity for sales, service and marketing support, or we may be having a higher level discussion to establish where it may fit within their organisation’s business systems strategy.
