Technical Incident support – a 2nd line service for customer-nominated IT representatives to report technical Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues, defined as Incidents, for Gap Consulting to manage through to resolution.

Change Advisory support – we also accept change requests, and positively encourage customers to seek our advice when customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM themselves.
