Gap Consulting helps Capita Telecom deliver a solution to a major mobile phone retailer, enabling them to manage their HR and payroll efficiently

In response to a previously unsatisfactory HR and payroll outsourcing, a major mobile phone retailer selected Capita to take over these functions. Capita, in turn, engaged Gap consulting to supplement the existing Oracle based system by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in an eight month window.

GAP was the preferred supplier for the CRM solution due to their strong track record working with Capita. They demonstrated the functionality that Microsoft CRM could bring in this situation and developed their own HR Manager Solution accelerators to help meet the challenging deadlines
