Microsoft Social Engagement

Released in the UK in 2014, Microsoft Social Listening is a new Microsoft Cloud product which was acquired and previously known as ‘NetBreeze’. Microsoft Social Listening allows organisations to monitor social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. By tracking key words, phrases, campaigns and competitors, you can gain true insight into prospect and customer sentiment across the social web.

Behaviour and sentiment is displayed in the familiar Microsoft Dynamics charting format, and these social insights can also displayed within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

Customers with 10 or more Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professional subscriptions or more, are entitled to use Microsoft Social Listening free of charge up to a maximum of 10,000 posts.
