The online registration service brings delegate data straight from your registration website into your Microsoft Dynamics CRM database. Your delegates are allocated secure logons and the ability to manage their own details online.

Using the registration web site builder you can create custom, branded registration pages for a multitude of Events, allowing you to offer a slick and professional service to your clients. What's more, the page creation is wizard driven, taking you step-by-step through the creation process.

How is this a Microsoft solution?

Event Manager Live!™ is built upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Event Management Accelerator. This is a full customer management application with 3 core areas - sales, service and marketing. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a single customer database within which you manage all your customer interactions, enabling you to interact with customers in an informed and consistent manner. The Event management functionality is built in .net and is visually and technically integral to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The CRM solution is an excellent platform on which to build specific business processes and industry solutions, as it has powerful workflow capabilities and the integration with Microsoft Outlook and Office that businesses need.

Licensing

Event Manager Live!™ is licensed as per the Microsoft Dynamics CRM licensing model, whereby licences are purchased outright per named or device user. We also provide discounts for those entitled to Microsoft's charitable/academic licence model.
