Background

Customer Relationship Management is our business

Gap Consulting has been in business since 1999. In the early years, we established ourselves as a successful Siebel Base Consulting partner working with enterprise clients. The emergence of Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM was a compelling event and in 2005 we refocused the business to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Since establishing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice I have been delighted by our success in the market place. Whilst I firmly believe this is very much due to the power and flexibility of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, I’m also very proud of our team, who offer fantastic product knowledge in genuine partnership with our clients. As an established specialist Gold CRM Microsoft partner, we offer a complete end-to-end service proposition, from analysis and design to dedicated support and fantastic customer references.

As we start a new year, we are excited to be working with Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 2011, which we believe will allow us to provide compelling solutions for our clients, and further extend our powerful portfolio of service focused Add-Ons for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM, which include Event Manager Live!, IT Service Management, and the HR accelerator. We have a new Partnership with Assistance Software which allows us to provide the exceptional Assistance PSA solution - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Professional Services organisations, and we will also be offering the new CRM Online proposition from Microsoft.

I am also extremely proud of our new Gold competency for Customer Relationship Management status in the new Microsoft Partner Network, which sets us apart as an absolute specialist in the CRM field.
