With a background in enterprise-wide systems management and help desk systems, Trev worked within the technology services division at Barclays Bank Plc. for nearly 20 years before leaving to set-up Gap Consulting. As a founder Trev played a key role in establishing Gaps’ entry into the CRM marketplace in 2000.
Now as Operations Director, he is responsible for the operational systems and processes used in the delivery of customer solutions. In addition, Trev continues to work closely with Gap Consulting customers as a CRM Consultant on all aspects of solution design and delivery using Microsoft Dynamics.
Trev retains an active interest in Rugby, although since retiring as a player, he contents himself as an avid Gloucester RFC supporter.
