Emma joined Gap Consulting at the start of 2000 having been selected by the Board from her IT Graduate Trainee position at Barclays Bank. Emma was initially employed as a Certified Siebel CRM Consultant, specialising in functional analysis and design, and worked for a number of Enterprise clients in this capacity. She subsequently moved into the Business Development Team at Gap Consulting to account manage and sell to our key Siebel clients. As Gap Consulting shifted to focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, her role developed to include pre-sales, something which she very much enjoys.
Emma is now Gap’s Client Account Director, a role which encompasses everything from initial client meetings, through pre-sales diagnostics and demos, proposals and post-sale account management. Having previously been a CRM consultant, Emma fully appreciates the journey clients make and how important their due diligence is. It is Emma's role to ensure Gap’s prospects have access to the best information, and the most experience, to help them to make the right CRM decisions for their organisation.
Emma is a Microsoft Certified Sales Professional.
Emma has a fully and busy family life, as well as community interests in which she gets the opportunity to use her commercial experience. Outside of work, Emma loves Zumba, and enjoys keeping active.
