New CRM Online Pricing

Microsoft has announced a price reduction to their Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service, applicable from December 1st 2012.

Social CRM and Cross Browser Support High on the Agenda

Microsoft’s December 2012 Service Update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will deliver new application capabilities with pre-built sales and service business processes including lead, opportunity and case management. It will also deliver extended complex sales management through improved team selling models and enhanced stakeholder and competitor tracking. End-users will have a range of new experiences including process-flow forms for lead, opportunity and case management, support for Microsoft Office 2013 and additional web browsers (Firefox and Chrome on Windows PC’s and Safari on Apple Macintosh). Embedded Skype support will be added to CRM forms in addition to the Lync integration which is currently supported. Phase 1 of Yammer integration will be delivered to support social media. Welcome to the Team!

We have had a busy summer for appointments at Gap Consulting.  Our ongoing growth plans have seen some exciting acquisitions, all of whom are building our position as one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices in the UK.

New to the Consulting team are Loren Fletcher and Ajith Madathil - both join Gap Consulting with strong CRM project experience.
New to the Support team is Robbie Dudley who has a Microsoft apprenticeship with Gap Consulting.
We have a new Marketing Director in Paul Smitherman.  Paul brings many years of corporate B to B marketing experience to us as well as exciting plans for Gap's future.
Last, but by no means least, we welcome Hazel Burgess to the Office Management team who will be working closely with Stacey Hulse.

New Consultant Appointments - May 2012

We are delighted to welcome Carl Gallagher, Ninad Belwalker and Vikrant Anchalkar to Gap Consulting. 

All come to us with extensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM project experience, which is absolutely vital to our customer base.  We will continue to expand over the coming months to establish one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM practices in the UK.

Alliance Director Appointment

5th April, 2012 – Gap Consulting announce the appointment of Jenny Tomblin as their new Alliance Director. Gold Certification in Customer Relationship Management awarded

We are delighted to have renewed our Microsoft Gold Competency in Customer Relationship Management. 

The criteria for this award have been upped in 2012, but Gap Consulting continue to invest in maintaining this status.  The Gold competency is given to Microsoft Partners who have larger groups of certified CRM consultants, strong customer references, customer satisfaction ratings and enhanced support offerings backed by Microsoft.

We'd like to say a big 'thank you' to all of our customers who participated in this process.

Development Team Expansion

We are pleased to announce that we have two new Senior CRM Developers within our specialist development team. 
They are Ninad Belwalkar and Abhijeet Doiphode, and both bring experience across many Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.  As we continue to develop innovative, new solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, our development team must be technically strong.  The expansion of the development team under Parth Patel continues to bring great specialist expertise to Gap Consulting, so we are delighted to have them with us.
