Social CRM and Cross Browser Support High on the Agenda

Microsoft’s December 2012 Service Update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will deliver new application capabilities with pre-built sales and service business processes including lead, opportunity and case management. It will also deliver extended complex sales management through improved team selling models and enhanced stakeholder and competitor tracking. End-users will have a range of new experiences including process-flow forms for lead, opportunity and case management, support for Microsoft Office 2013 and additional web browsers (Firefox and Chrome on Windows PC’s and Safari on Apple Macintosh). Embedded Skype support will be added to CRM forms in addition to the Lync integration which is currently supported. Phase 1 of Yammer integration will be delivered to support social media.
