Welcome 2012!

2012 is already looking to be a very busy year for Gap Consulting and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner Network.  The high level of interest in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2011 has led to an extremely busy Christmas and New Year period - completing existing projects and incepting new ones.

Interest in our HR Manager solution is steadily increasing so we are happily demoing throughout January.  We also have had many portal enquiries from those looking to display and manage CRM data on the web.  We are an Adxstudio ISV Partner so this is very much our specialism.

We are also continuing to grow and welcome Eralp Erakalin to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice.  Eralp joins us with extensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions experience, so we are delighted to have him on board.

Auto Summary Beta is complete!


The Beta for our Auto Summary for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 solution is now complete.




Thank you to all our Beta testers who gave us great feedback during September 2011.  Auto Summary is now available as a licensed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 solution for £199 plus VAT.  Please Contact Us via our website to purchase your licence.

Auto Number for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 RTW

Our Auto Number for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Solution has RTW today.  This Solution, v5.0.4.10, is now available for download on our website (click here) or read our reviews on Microsoft Pinpoint.

Installation Steps:

Please use these steps to install Auto Number RTW v5.0.4.10

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Solutions, and import the v5.0.4.10 Auto Number solution. 
Note: During import ensure you select the 'Activate Processes' tick box.

Step 2: Once imported, click on 'Publish All Customizations'. Refresh your browser.

Please note: If you have previously installed the Beta software, you will need to remove it before installing this RTW version.

New Staff Appointments in July

Gap Consulting are welcoming two new staff to the team during July.  Firstly, we would like to welcome Vinod Madane who joins us as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with significant project experience.  We would secondly like to welcome Lee Wallace as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant.  Lee has experience of working on large, Enterprise CRM projects, so we are very pleased to have her onboard.

Gap Consulting have been selected by Collins Stewart Hawkpoint to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM into their organisation.  Collins Stewart Hawkpoint are a leading independent financial advisory group with 800 employees across Advisory, Corporate Broking, Securities and Wealth Management.  Their new Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment will replace an existing Siebel application and provide a highly flexible and secure platform for their Advisory and Corporate Broking activities.
