Gap Consulting are delighted to announce two new customers, one of whom is designing and developing their Microsoft CRM solution on ‘CRM 2011’.
Our CRM 2011 customer is deploying to a large IT Service Desk using Gap Consulting’s ITSM Add-on for Microsoft CRM. The Add-on which features ITIL-specific functionality for Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, will be deployed alongside functionality for training management, web portal and standard CRM features. We also have a new customer is the transport and leisure industry. They are currently working with Gap on a Microsoft CRM pilot with a view to using the solution throughout their business.
