Invalid Email Address when Tracking Email

I’ve started to receive the following error whilst trying to manually track an email being sent to a customer. Screenshot of the error received in the application log. An error occurred while promoting a Microsoft CRM e-mail message.  Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80040237. Context=. Function=CMailItemHelper::HrPromoteMailItemInCrm. Line=1668. It seems many other people have the same problem and that Microsoft have acknowledged it as a defect which was introduced through client rollup 4.  Apparently a workaround to the problem is to downgrade to rollup 3.  See other posts at the following link. http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/crm/thread/963a556a-2e4c-46ef-acd9-c467ec814f57 Tags: Outlook Client, Rollup
