So what does a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerator contain?
Whilst all of the Accelerators contain different levels of functionality, they may offer the Microsoft Customer and Partner:
- Customisations (entities, forms, views)
- Workflow definitions
- Business Intelligence elements such as custom reports (.RDL’s)
- Functional code samples (strictly adhering to SDK guidelines)
- Documentation for installing, operating, localising and extending the solution
- An automated installer
The Accelerators are fully supported by Microsoft and are available to current and new Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers. Some of the Accelerators offer portal functionality and therefore require a Microsoft Dynamics CRM External Connector Licence.
