Licensing

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 offers the most flexible licensing model yet. With the emphasis on flexibility and choice, you can buy your licences to suit your user needs.

• Full user licence providing read/write access
• Limited use user licence providing read only access
• Additive user licence for those upgrading read only users to full access

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is licensed on a per user or per device basis. This means for businesses where multiple users access a single machine e.g. within a call centre, one device licence is required per machine.

Hosting

If you do not have, or want, your own IT infrastructure, you could consider our hosted solution. Software Assurance

When you purchase your licences through Gap Consulting they will include 2 years software assurance from Microsoft. This can be renewed after the 2 years has passed for approximately 30% of your licence costs. By keeping your Software Assurance current, you will be entitled to Microsoft updates and upgrades.

Training

Gap Consulting train Microsoft Dynamics CRM users and administrators as part of any Customer project. We also provide comprehensive training materials, including online videos, to support users as they learn.
