CRM 2011 is the much anticipated and latest release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
We worked with the Beta software in 2010 and after it's official release in April 2011, started to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to our customers. We have also upgraded our add-on products so they are CRM 2011 'Solutions', whilst working with our version 4 customers who are keen to upgrade.

So, what's new in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011?
As Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 offers so many new enhancements, we have broken these down into features for End Users and Organisations. As mentioned previously, there are also enhancements for Microsoft Partners, such as Gap Consulting, which enable us to create and manage new and exciting re-usable Solutions for our customers.
