At Gap Consulting we innovate to meet our customers’ business requirements. The flexibility of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform allows us to configure unique xRM solutions that absolutely cater for our customer's relationship, data and process needs.

During 2009, we saw huge interest in xRM and developed several organisation-wide business platforms based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In some cases, each department has been modelled within the solution to provide a coherrent, single source of business data - but with very specific needs. Think training management, housing management, employee management, enquiry management and so on. These Microsoft Dynamics xRM platforms are highly strategic, and offer so many opportunities for securing and enhancing 'customer' relationships. This trend has followed us into 2010.

2010 has seen the ongoing development of our small business proposition. Using rapid design and development techniques, we can offer cost effective and fast Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects to those starting their CRM journey. This structure is also ideal for proof of concept or pilot projects.

We also add value to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product and community through our accelerators, which are financially attractive and available to any business running Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We are committed to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and use it ourselves for Marketing, Sales, and Service, along with our accelerators for Event Management, SMS, and SharePoint Integration.
