New Appointment - Craig Shoebridge, Support Manager

Gap Consulting would like to welcome another new member to the team!

Craig Shoebridge joins us as our new Support Manager, and will be looking after the team who currently service our Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.  Craig joins us with significant service desk experience, and a broad technical background.  

Gap Consulting support a majority of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers via our annual support contract.  This service includes technical, functional and change advisory support.  If you would like to know more about Gap Consulting support, please contact Emma Bannister (emma.bannister@gapconsulting.co.uk).

New customer - Capita / NHS Partnership

Gap Consulting have recently deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a Capita / NHS Partnership initiative.  Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, they will be tracking membership sales into NHS trusts.  This deployment is hosted by IT Farm, our chosen hosted Partner, and the customised solution was created in very short timescales. 

Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM can mobilise solutions within days, without the infrastructure responsibilities resting with the customer.
