We are looking for a Support Analyst with specific experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 
You will have worked with version 4, and ideally 2011, and have a background in supporting the Microsoft technology stack.  We are looking for an individual who is:

- Happy working in a busy support desk environment
- Enjoys variety in their work and likes to be flexible
- A strong communicator
- A methodical and analytical thinker
- Customer-focused in their approach to internal and external service delivery

Posted 13/10/2011 - Functional Consultant Required

We are looking for a strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant.  This individual will participate in every aspect of the implementation from analysing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.  The Functional Consultant works with the customer’s organisation on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes, and transfer their Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge back to the customer throughout the project.  Requires strong written and oral communication skills, high standards and a deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

 We are always looking for great people with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.  Ideally with formal Microsoft certification or training, you will be highly motivated to deliver innovative customer solutions.  You will be an excellent communicator, dedicated team player, but equally self sufficient when working alone.  You will have experience of a number of CRM projects and be able to work flexibly across implementation stages.
