We’re CRM specialists… we’ve been doing it since 1999!

Gap Consulting started life as a Siebel Consulting partner and this gave us the foundation to build our reputation as a Customer Relationship Management consulting specialist.  The development of Microsoft’s CRM solution was hugely significant in the CRM marketplace;  for Gap Consulting it meant a strategic shift in 2005 as we began to refocused our people and services on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

We now have a wealth of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience and a large practice of experienced Microsoft professionals;  this is reflected in our status as a Microsoft Gold Customer Relationship Manager partner.  We are extremely proud of this certification, which is Microsoft’s endorsement of our experience and capability to deliver quality Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

We offer a complete set of Microsoft Dynamics CRM services; from requirements analysis and design, custom development, systems integration and data migration, to customer support through our dedicated service desk.  And of course, we really understand the key elements of a successful CRM project.
